The Management of Thames Homeless Project is the responsibility of the Board of Trustees. The Trustees are elected by the Members, or co-opted by the Board, for a minimum term of one year. The present members of the Board are:

There is provision in the Constitution for a greater number of Trustees and we welcome enquiries about the work we do from those who might be interested in becoming a Trustee or in providing support on a regular basis in a less formal capacity.
